Moritz Schildt
Managing director / CEO
Moritz Schildt is the managing director of coinIX Capital GmbH and CEO of coinIX GmbH & Co. KGaA. As the founder of coinIX, he supported management since 2019 as an active chairman of the supervisory board. He has been involved with digital assets and distributed ledger technology since 2013. He is a co-founder and board member of the Hanseatic Blockchain Institute, an association dedicated to research and knowledge dissemination of blockchain technology. Recently, on behalf of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action, he conducted a study on the penetration of blockchain in the German economy. As a member of the board of the Blockchain Bundesverband "Bundesblock," he advocates for the interests of the industry. In addition to his work for coinIX, he is a board member of the fixed-income specialist nordIX AG, a traditional asset manager with assets of more than €400 million under management.
Moritz is a fully qualified lawyer, Dipl.-Kfm., and holds an MBA from INSEAD. His extensive experience in asset management and wide network in the blockchain market qualify him as an investor and portfolio manager in this new market segment.

Omri has more than 10 years of experience as a software developer and entrepeneur with a focus on Android developments. Among other things, he was awarded for the best mobile app At the MWC Awards 2015 in Barcelona.

Janik Sieber
Investment Director
Janik Sieber studied blockchain and digital currencies (M.Sc.) at the University of Nicosia and business administration (B.Sc.) at the Frankfurt School and contributes his experience in startups and corporate finance. He was one of the first employees of the Sequoia Capital funded startup Zenyum from Singapore and then switched into the role of an investor at the private equity fund Liberta Partners. At coinIX, he leverages these experiences in the due diligence of projects.
Ladislaus von Daniels

After graduating in business & economics (M.Sc.), Ladislaus gained several years of professional experience working in corporate finance functions of global industrial conglomerates. As an open source software apologist he has been increasingly involved with cryptoeconomics & blockchain tech in parallel since 2018. His focus lies on Ethereum core protocol and application developments, particularly regarding Staking and MEV.
Mahsa Doorfard
Sales and Marketing Manager
Recognized as a DLT, ReFi and Bitcoin Talent by the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, she has solidified her expertise in the field. Her Master's thesis was focused on innovative CeDeFi applications within the realm of Metaverse games. Mahsa embarked on her blockchain career in 2021 by joining a DeFi protocol. Over the years, she has actively contributed to the blockchain landscape through content creation and speaking at conferences. Her ultimate goal is to break barriers and promote diversity, ensuring that women play a significant role in shaping the future of the blockchain industry.
